Regulated care you can trust
What CQC regulation means for you
Gladness Healthcare Ltd is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. That means we're inspected against national standards covering safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness and leadership, and our reports are publicly available.
In plain terms: regulation gives you an independent check that we do what we say we do, with clear processes to raise concerns if something isn't right.
